All our orders ship to you from Australia. Shipment of your parcel is based on the parcel weight.

A) Australia Post Standard International Mail - Tracked

• Delivery Aim: 3-10 Business Days from dispatch

• Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking

B) Australia Post Express - Tracked

• Delivery Aim: 1-3 Business Days from dispatch

• Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking

Shipping Rates

Dispatch Information

• Shipping Location: All orders are shipped from Australia.

• Tracking: Once we ship your order, a tracking link will be sent to your email, phone via SMS, or Facebook Messenger. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the link for the tracking status to update.

• Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (excluding Public Holidays). Our office is closed on weekends.

• Public Holidays: We do not dispatch orders on Public Holidays.

Important Notes

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us, and you will need to repay for shipping.

Order Not Arriving or Returned Items

• If your order doesn't arrive: Contact us as soon as possible and within 28 days of placing your order. Claims submitted outside this period will not be accepted by the delivery company, and we will be unable to replace your order.

• Returning items when using free shipping: If you choose free shipping for orders over $100 and return items, reducing the order total below $100, an $8.99 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
